Your ultrasound matters. So does who performs it. Ultrasound is highly operator-dependent. Proper training, anatomy knowledge, and image acquisition experience are essential to obtaining quality diagnostic images. All of our examinations are performed by trained and credentialed sonograhphers with specialized experience- not simply someone operating an ultrasound machine Our goal is simple: obtain the best possible images while providing compassionate, professional care.
Fast & accurate results
We understand that waiting for results can be stressful. All diagnostic ultrasound exams are read within 24 hours. STAT reads are available in less than 2 hours for emergent needs — your physician will be notified immediately.
Transparent pricing
Magnolia does not accept or bill insurance. We are a self-pay facility with transparent, capped pricing — and our rates are often less expensive than a co-pay or your out-of-pocket costs when using insurance. No surprise bills, no claims process. Full pricing is listed under the Services tab.

Our sonographers are registered with ARDMS and hold additional specialty credentials in Abdomen, Obstetrics, Gynecology, RVT, Breast, and Fetal Echo. Dedicated to providing the best possible care.
Meet your Sonographer
Jami Jennings, B.S., RT(R), RDMS, RDCS(fe), RVT, BR Registered since 2014 With more than 12 years of experience and specialized training in high-risk OB, MFM, fetal echo, general, breast and vascular imaging, I created Magnolia to bring high-quality ultrasound imgaing closer to home. My goal is to combine advanced imaging expertise with the personal attention patients deserve. Our sonographers are registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and hold specialty credentials across multiple disciplines — ensuring every exam is performed to the highest clinical standard.
Scheduling an appointment
Get your order
Have your healthcare provider fax the order to our office at 854-238-3132. Once received, a staff member will contact you to arrange your appointment.
Call us directly
If your provider gave you the order directly, call or text us at 618-922-6272 to schedule. A credit or debit card is required at the time of scheduling.
Show up ready
Review your exam's prep instructions (listed on the Services page) and arrive at 200 N Pearl Street, Salem, IL at your scheduled time.
Cancellation policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee.
